OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19
At HCM Your Safety is our Priority!
Here at Hope Christian Ministries, we take your safety very seriously. We have taken all the necessary precautions to ensure your safety whilst in our sanctuary. We have put together a team of competent members of our assembly to manage and maintain a high standard of care in the reopening of our church. Our systems and procedures are in accordance to those set out by the governing bodies. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
HOW ARE WE KEEPING YOU AND OUR CHURCH FAMILY SAFE?
We are limited to 30% seating capacity as recommended by the Toronto Health Board to prevent and contain contraction. All members and guests entering our building are required to complete a COVID-19 Assessment Questionnaire in order to track any potential contraction. In addition we have taken measures to disinfect and sanitize the sanctuary before, during and after our church services. We will be adhering to the rules of:
Social Distancing; To safeguard our church family and guests
Hand Sanitizing; To prevent the spread of Covid-19
Wearing of Masks; All members and guests must wear a mask whilst in the sanctuary, with the exception of the speaker on the podium.

COVID HEALTH ASSESEMENT QUESTIONNAIRE
**SPECIAL ALERT**
IF YOU, OR ANY MEMBERS OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD, HAVE TRAVELLED OUTSIDE OF CANADA WITHIN THE PAST 14 DAYS OR ARE EXPERIENCING ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ENTER THE BUILDING.
QUESTIONNAIRE:
Are you experiencing any of the following symptoms with unknown cause?
If you've answered yes to any of the above questions, please let us know immediately!
Physical distancing should be practiced by everyone, whether or not exposed to the virus. This broad set of measures includes avoiding hand shakes, crowds, staying at least 2 meters (6feet) away from people, and, most importantly, staying at home if you feel sick.
Quarantine are put on groups and communities to separate and restrict the movement of people who were exposed to a contagious disease to see if they become sick.
A diagnosis of Covid-19 triggers isolation. Isolation is for those who are already sick and serves to keep the infected away from healthy people in order to stop the spread of the virus.
